We needed a fried chicken fix today, so we went to the ChicKing in our local grocery store. I've found that in Saudi Arabia, instead of a biscuit with your fried chicken, you get a hamburger bun. The first time this happened, I thought I'd just come to the KFC on a bad day and they were making do with what they had. But no, I think it's standard practice to get a straight up plain hamburger bun with your drumsticks.
Very odd. I wonder if anyone actually eat the bun.
